Construction and renovation leave behind fine cement and plaster dust that settles on every surface and keeps coming back if it isn't removed properly. A post-construction clean is more detailed than a regular clean and is planned for the specific mess builders leave.

- Removing fine dust from walls, ceilings, frames, sockets and switches
- Cleaning paint splashes, cement marks and stickers from floors, tiles and glass where safe to do so
- Windows, frames, sills and burglary-proof bars cleaned inside and out (where reachable)
- Kitchens and bathrooms cleaned and fittings polished
- Inside cupboards, wardrobes and drawers
- Floors swept, vacuumed or mopped as appropriate, in several passes if needed
- Light debris bagged and taken to your collection point (rubble and heavy waste by arrangement)

- Confirm the details. We reply within one business day and confirm the price, the checklist and the time in writing.
- We clean at the agreed time, working through the agreed checklist.
- Check it with us. If something was missed, tell us within 48 hours and we'll put it right.
Questions about this service
When should I book a post-construction clean?
Once the building work is finished and the builders have cleared their rubble and materials. Booking a few days ahead of your handover date gives you time to check the result.
Do you remove building rubble?
We bag and remove light debris. Rubble and heavy construction waste should be cleared by your builder first, or we can discuss it when you ask for a quote.
Can you clean a large site in stages?
Yes. For bigger projects we can clean each floor or unit as it is finished.
