CleanerPlace Limited (RC 9178827), "CleanerPlace", "we" or "us", is a company registered in Nigeria. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

1. Information we collect

• Quote form: your name, phone number, email address, the service you're interested in, and anything you write in the message box.
• Phone, WhatsApp and email: your number or address and the contents of your messages when you contact us directly.
• Service details: if you become a customer, the address where we provide the service and any instructions you give us.

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

2. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
• To schedule and provide the services you ask for, and to contact you about them.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We use your information because you asked us to (your consent), because we need it to provide a service you request (a contract), or because the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information, and we will not send you marketing messages unless you agree to receive them.

3. Who we share it with

We share personal information only where needed to run our business:

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co): the service that delivers quote-form messages to our email inbox.
• Our email and messaging providers, including WhatsApp, when you contact us through them.
• Website providers: this site loads fonts from Google Fonts and styling code from a content delivery network. These providers may receive your device's IP address when the page loads.
• Authorities, where the law requires us to.

Some of these providers may store data outside Nigeria. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 allows.

4. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to respond to you and follow up on your quote. For customers, we keep records for as long as we provide services, and afterwards for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting purposes. We then delete or anonymise them.

5. Keeping it safe

We limit access to personal information to the people who need it to serve you, and we use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you and the authorities about a serious breach as the law requires.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
• delete your information, where we don't need to keep it by law;
• stop or limit how we use it, or withdraw consent you've given.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
