Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use this website or book services from CleanerPlace Limited (RC 9178827), "CleanerPlace", "we" or "us". By using the site or booking a service, you agree to them.
1. Where we operate
We are launching our services in Yola, Adamawa State in January 2027. Abuja is coming soon. Until we launch in an area, any request from that area is an enquiry only, and we will confirm a start date before any service begins.
2. Quotes and bookings
- Quotes are free and based on the information you give us. A quote is not a booking.
- A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing, for example by email or WhatsApp, with the price, the service and the schedule.
- If the job turns out to be different from what was described, for example larger, or with different types of waste, we may revise the price. We will agree any change with you before doing the extra work.
3. Payment
Prices, payment methods and due dates are set out in your confirmed quote or invoice. We may pause a recurring service if payment is overdue, after letting you know.
4. Changes and cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please tell us as early as possible. Any cancellation fee or notice period will be stated in your confirmed quote. If we need to reschedule, for example because of weather, safety or access problems, we will tell you as soon as we can and agree a new time.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give our team safe access to the property and the waste at the agreed time.
- Tell us about anything that affects safety, such as fragile items, pets or hazards on site.
- Do not put hazardous items in general waste, including chemicals, medical or clinical waste, batteries, gas cylinders, asbestos or anything flammable, unless we have agreed in writing to handle them. We may refuse to collect waste that is unsafe or that the law does not allow us to handle.
6. Our responsibilities
We will carry out services with reasonable care and skill, by trained staff, in line with applicable laws, including those on waste handling and disposal. If you're not satisfied with a service, tell us within 48 hours and we'll work with you to put it right.
7. Liability
If we damage your property through our negligence, please tell us promptly so we can look into it and make it right. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by information you didn't give us, by hazards we weren't told about, or by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Nigerian consumer protection law, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.
8. Viora products
Viora dishwashing liquid is not yet on sale. Product details on this website describe a product in development and may change before launch.
9. This website
We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not a binding offer. The CleanerPlace and Viora names, logos and website content belong to CleanerPlace Limited and may not be copied without our permission.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We will always try to resolve a disagreement with you directly first.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to a booking is the one in place when we confirmed it.
