- Inside all cupboards, wardrobes, drawers and shelves
- Kitchen: inside and outside of appliances left in the property, counters, sink, tiles and cabinets
- Bathrooms and toilets cleaned and descaled
- Walls spot-cleaned for marks, plus switches, sockets and door handles
- Windows, frames, sills and burglary-proof bars
- Fans, light fittings and air-conditioner grilles
- All floors swept and mopped, including corners and edges
- Leftover rubbish bagged and taken to the outside bin (larger items by arrangement)

- Tenants: leave the property clean for your inspection and handover.
- Landlords and agents: get a property ready for viewings or the next tenant.
- Students: clean a room or flat before the new semester, or when you move out.
Your move-in cleaning checklist
Before you book, walk through the property and note anything that needs special attention, such as heavy grease in the kitchen, paint marks, or a room that has been closed up for months. Share it with us when you ask for a quote and we will add it to your checklist.
Moving into a newly built or renovated property? Choose post-construction cleaning instead. It is designed for building dust and debris.
How booking works
- Ask for a quote with the form, on WhatsApp or by phone. Tell us the size of the space and when you'd like us.
- Confirm the details. We reply within one business day and confirm the price, the checklist and the time in writing.
- We clean at the agreed time, working through the agreed checklist.
- Check it with us. If something was missed, tell us within 48 hours and we'll put it right.
Questions about this service
Does the property need to be empty?
It works best when the property is empty, so we can reach every cupboard and corner. If some furniture is still in place, tell us and we will plan around it.
Can you clean on the same day as my move?
Often, yes, depending on availability. Book as early as you can, especially at the start or end of a semester.
Can landlords book regular move-out cleans?
Yes. Landlords and agents can book us each time a tenant leaves. Ask us about a standing arrangement.
